Condo building is located on a private beach. Access to the beach, condo pool and hot tub spa are free to condo guests. Sun-loungers are located both poolside and on the beach.

Large living room faces out to the San Carlos Bay. Living room has a flat screen TV. Plenty of seating space with new leather sofa and leather recliner chair added in January 2022. Second living room sofa pulls out to queen size bed.
Master bedroom with king-sized bed and television is well appointed with an new en-suite bathroom and plenty of closet and draw space for a comfortable long stay. Master bedroom has direct access to lanai.
The second bedroom with a queen-size bed and twin bed comfortably sleeps 3. The room has a large closet and TV. Second bedroom has a full bathroom with a full bath/shower and closet for extra storage.
The third bedroom would be any child’s delight! The special bunk bed (twin bed over a double bed) makes this a comfortable room for 3. Bright and light coloring with a TV and comfortable chair for watching TV or reading. The third bathroom has also been recently fully renovated. Large marble vanity and full wall mirror with Bath tub/shower with sliding glass doors.
All televisions have Xfinity/Comcast. High-speed WiFi Internet access available for no additional charge. Parking is free of charge. 2 parking passes will be provided. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed per condominium rules. Three night minimum.

Located next to the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa, there are plenty of activities nearby. A good selection of restaurants and bars are within walking distance including a luxury dinner and brunch yacht cruise. Access to the hotel facilities such as additional pools, beaches, tennis courts, basketball courts, a gym, fitness classes and more are available with the Guest Pass from the resort for an additional fee (subject to availability). Also open to the public is the highly rated, full service Spa at the resort and only a short walk away offering a range of beauty care services and pampering to no end. A walking/jogging trail winds through the lush, tropical setting of the well maintained resort grounds.
Boat, waverunners, kayaks and stand up paddleboard are available at the resort to rent. The bait and tackle shop is only a few minutes walk away so you can make the most of the fishing pier.
If you’re looking to explore the area, plenty of public beaches on Sanibel Island & Fort Myers are a short drive away. Golf courses, outlet shopping malls, bike rentals, more restaurants and other activities are all nearby.
